Region 4 basketball???

Who are people's top 5 in Region 4?

I am a Sweeny fan, but I really have no clue what else is out there. Sweeny is really athletic, and I really think we can get to the state tournament.

I would love to hear what you think!!!

Columbia gave yall a bit of trouble on Tuesday. Only got to see the first half but it was a great half.

West Columbia has a good team as well! Swanks kid is a really good athlete with a great frame! Sweeny's best offensive player did not play in that game due to a suspension. He's averaging around 25 points per game. Kids did an awesome job of rallying together to win without him!!!

I dont know how many of Somersets football players are playing thump thump, but they had some kids that were tall and very athletic that I wouldnt be surprised to know they can hoop.

I heard Columbia hired a new special shooting coach... Rumor has it this guy once went 10/10 from 3 in a half.....with his off hand. Might just be a rumor, but if not, look out Region 4..

West Oso must be pretty good. They beat the best team in the Valley, the 5a Edinburg Bobcats, at the Calallen tourny.

West Oso's one of the best 3A programs in the state. Not sure how good they are this year, but an off-year for them means losing in the Regional Finals.

All of them do. Starting lineup Demtrio Zepeda 5'9", Joey Dominguez 6'3", Stevie Dorman 6'4" was the QB, Will Harlos 6'4" FS, Jacob Hillyer 6'4" WR. Been rough with all the kids out on all the football official visits and recruiting stuff but that will be over on Wednesday and they can concentrate on basketball. There are some Jr's in there to that are tall that play both so we will challenge whoever we meet in the play offs.
