Mumme's old defensive coordinator from Kentucky mike major is an asst in wharton. has been for several years.

Mumme's family is from the area. One of my best friends married his niece. Last I heard, he was still looking for a job and family's always a great motivator. Mumme's always been an offensive wiz.

There's also the old Robstown coach that used to coach at Kentucky that has ties to the area. Can't remember his name for the life of me, though.
