New neck rolls

So we have all these new helmets out what about some updated neck rolls?

I think the best 2 are the butterfly ristrictor and the Cowboy collar. Its all about neck support. You can live with a concussion and not have any major long term effects if you dont keep getting them, but once you break your neck 95% of the time your done.
