Anyone with an iphone...

Had to replace the glass front. I dropped mine yesterday and it shattered on the top right down to the middle and I need a cheap solution to fix it. I hear you can buy the stuff to fix it yourself. Has anyone done that and if so how easy is it. Also if not where is a cheap place that will fix it. any help is greatly appreciated

I can't help with the fix-it problems but I will say if you do get it fixed you definitely need to put a protective cover on it. I have dropped mine hundreds of times and the plastic protective case saved me!

I have tried twice to get one but they are always out when I have the money. or have pink and black:D
But i will definetly get one now somehow

It's VERY risky to do it yourself. Especially if you don't know 100% what you're doing.

Opening it up yourself voids any warranty and most phones have something on it to indicate if it's been tampered with. My BlackBerry has a sticker over one of the screws.

Some stores will fix it for you. There is a cell phone store here that does repairs for $50. I would suggest trying to find one near you and go there.

At least call Apple and see what it would cost you there, if anything.

There is a store here that replaces the screen for $60. Maybe there is a place in your area that does it too.

u can get covers from amazon.com alot cheaper than in stores

You can get an Otterbox on Amazon for $12-$15

Ditto on the otterbox. Got mine for $21 on ebay. Sucker has saved my phone from countless drops!
