Increase caloric intake without increasing activity. Lots of carbs, starches, and protein.
What's the reason, if you don't mind me asking. 20lbs is alot of weight.

It's good for teeth whitening though. Grit you teeth and face the wind. The sandblasting will do the trick!

Are you trying to beef up for the alumni Snyder vs. Sweetwater game?

I can tell you that 3500 calories equals 1 pound of body weight. So each time you consume 3500 more calories than you burn you gain 1 pound. Problem is tracking how many calories you burn in a day (and at night while sleeping). Theoretically, if you can consume 500 more calories a day then you burn, you'll gain a pound every 5 days... granted it may not be the healthiest of weights.

Dang I drink a lot of milk, but not like that... I think I'd be stuck in the restroom!

I have a buddy who played ball at UofH right before the SWC was dissolved. When he got there, he was a 6'5" 195 lb string bean of a TE. He'd buy two Burger King combo meals every night before bed. He'd eat one right before falling asleep, then set his alarm for 2:00 AM so that he could wake up and eat the other one before falling back asleep.

It worked for him. He got up to 230 lbs by the end of his freshman year even though he was working out everyday.

He's reprising his lead role in "The Birdcage" at the community theatre.
