Sneezed and pulled something? I think I did last night--right along the bottom of my rib cage in back. Felt it "snap" and then burn and I feel it for sure when I move certain ways. Gettin' old I guess...:D

My sneezes have been so violent in the past I could get a hernia.

I've hurt something in my lower neck/upper shoulder blades before.

I barely move my neck for a couple of days when that happens.
