Whoa

Anybody got a schedule on a good home game next year?

I can't decide if that's worse than BSU's smurf turf. It would hide the blood if the game gets messy though..:o

I don't like the red. That Washington school that played Deleware for the FCS Championship has red turf also. The red is just too bright.

Now an all black field, that would be pretty sweet!

Black turf=MUCHO heat issues!

Yeah, but it would look better than the red.

But it'd be 150 degrees on that field in August.

I'm not saying it would be a good idea to put black turf down. All I'm saying is that it would look better.

Maybe we could talk TCU into laying down some purple turf!

I kind of like traditional green with a nice logo at midfield.

Dude, you're just boring. Besides, you've obviously never had to paint that logo.

You don't have to paint turf and yes, I have painted grass...not fun.

P.S. I know that I am boring:D

Several years ago, when I was still on grass out west, we were trying to figure out how to paint the logo at midfield without a stencil(it was a new logo). So, the best we came up with was to save it to a laptop, hook the laptop up to a projector, climb on top of the pressbox, and project it onto the field and paint it...EVERY wednesday night! Took until 4am every time.

They can warm field, surprised they don't have cooling systems yet. Would love to see black turf.

See, I'm not the only one.

Maybe a school in Alaska or something could lay down some black turf. It doesn't get very hot up there, does it?
