It's not gonna be a shoot-out. And it's not gonna be close. 28-14 Oregon. Hide and Watch!

I have Auburn by 17.

38-21

I'm not sold on the Ducks, but there's a high likelihood I'm wrong. Wouldn't be the first time.

The only reason Oregon is in this game is because of the California Sports writers. They are gonna make sure some Pac 10 school gets the high rank by sheer votes. California has more sports writers than any state by far.. Oregon MAY make the Top 5 in reality.. no way they are #2 IMO...

I'm an Auburn fan, but I'll be the first to admit that Oregon's good.

I've got Auburn by three during a fourth quarter rally that the Ducks aren't used to seeing. Oregon's defense will overpursue all night and Auburn will take advantage of that.

Final score:
Auburn 98-95

Full-court press with the low post hanging back to defend against the longball.

Oh, wait.

I really would like to see this be a real spectator game with neither team dominating, and I hope native-son LaMichael James does well and gets some spotlight.

I'll tell you this: one way or the other that kid's a special player. Chip Kelly has done a phenomenal job with the Ducks' program and has built something special there in Eugene. One thing that I would hate to see is someone discounting either team because of "down-time lag." A lot of teams that rely on timing (like the Ducks' offensive backfield or the Auburn receivers) have a tough time getting back into the swing of playing at full-speed after that much time off.

This is the championship game I was hoping for because of how much fun both teams are to watch. T-minus 2 hours till coverage begins.

Colin Cowherd had Bama's QB on this morning. I can't think of his name. But, he sounded like
a bright articulate kid. He said that Auburn's defense tends to play undisciplined and
over pursues. He thinks the best chance the Ducks have is to run misdirection type plays.
Of course he also picked 0regon to win.

I want Oregon Ducks and Lamichael James to win over "I didn't know what my dad was doing" Fig Newton and the Auburn Tiggers.
