They are fakes.

Nike NFL uniforms 2012. Nike officials have informed that the leaked sketches of the NFL uniforms are fake. They told that the NFL fans have to wait a little more to see significant changes in the new uniforms. In October the NFL officially announced that Nike would make the 2012 uniforms by replacing Reebok.
The leaked images resemble the Nike Pro-Combat uniforms, specially designed for 10 colleges for the season 2010. Brian McCarthyMcCarthy, the NFL spoke-person also confirmed that the photos of new NFL uniforms available on the internet are not from the desk of Nike. In the current season, the Washington Redskins only made a major change to their uniforms by replacing white colored pant with golden color.

Nike has outfitted teams in the past before the NFL went to a single jersey manufacturer. While I don't doubt that they'll take some chances with some willing teams, teams with traditional uniforms like Dallas, Pittsburgh, San Fransisco, etc., aren't going to change much.

Plus NFL rules are far more strict and only allow teams to wear alternate uniforms twice per season, so you'll never see anything like Oregon in the NFL.
