I see D30 has 3 girls teams in the top 25 with Rockport @ #4. Way to go Coach Bentley. :clap: :)

Pre-occupied with word association threads? Thinking back over the years, I don't think we have many basketball fans on here. Abilene Wylie has a few...maybe it is just too early in the season.

:confused: :confused: :confused: Madison won state in 09 and got second in '10 they don't play 3as in non district unless it is forced by a tournament. They took 4a power Lincoln to OT last week in the DISD tournament.

So I guess strength of schedule is taken into consideration?

If they are playing people like Lincoln and competing with them then they still deserve to be ranked high even with a losing record.

It's just not that often you see someone under .500 ranked that high.
