Since you joined in November and it seems no one else is gonna explain it to you here's the scoop. When Bwd played China Spring last fall bp was posting false scores saying China Spring was beating Bwd. Since everyone hates Bwd lots of people got there hopes up and panties in a wad when they found out it was not true...poor bp took a beating for this for a long time, they even made a new rule becuase of it but did not even name it the "bp rule" to honor him....

Thanks for the explanation. Of course it makes sense now. One of the prices you pay I guess for being a newbie. Man, I can see where that could make a lot of people very angry, at the same time, there is some twisted humor about it. :eek:
