I just got an e-mail saying it's a done deal. He signed, and is now a Ranger. Beltre ought to help the offense quite a bit, as well as shore up the defense on the hot corner. Not that it was a "big" problem before with MY, but Beltre has more range.:thumbsup:

someone was pulling your leg coach. That wouldn't be anywhere close to enough to land Pujols, and the Cardinals are trying to extend him right now, not trade him, and the Rangers have told Young that he will NOT be traded.
