We all know that these resolutions are goals we set for ourselves to improve our lives in general
in the new year. What are yours?

Once baseball season starts up again, the same happens to me. I'll go a month or 2 without a dip and then I'll buy a can. Lasts about a week and a half, but it ain't too good for ya

I have a top ten list...

10. Read less.

9. I want to gain weight. Put on at least 30 pounds.

8. Stop exercising. Waste of time.

7. Watch more TV. I've been missing some good stuff.

6. Procrastinate more.

5. Drink. Drink some more.

4. Start being superstitious.

3. Spend more time at work.

2. Stop bringing lunch from home: I should eat out more.

and last but not least...

1. Take up a new habit: maybe smoking!

My main goal is to get in better shape! Living off several medications that I could lose if I was just in better shape so we will see how long it last.:D

To spend less time worrying about those things I can not control and always having a positive outlook to reach my goals.

My old man resolution:
I vow to go to Hooters every day in hopes that one of those beautiful, tight bodied waitresses will think I am hot and take me home and let me have my way with them.

I took up bike riding, lost 30 pounds and got off most of my 'scripts...

This year, I'm adding weight training at least twice a week.

You must have a good one in your area. Or, maybe Im getting old, b/c the waitresses around here don't seem NEARLY as hot to me as they used to. I dont remember all the muffin tops on 18 and 19 yr old girls when I was 18 and 19. Or the tattoos. UGH!

Who-dun-it!!?
