This is why Officials get a bad rap. Tennessee's QB threw a touchdown pass, turned to the opposing team and did a double hand throat slash to the throat and does not get penalized. In another game a kid scores a touchdown and salutes to the crowd and gets a 15 yard penalty for excessive celebration. Just complete inconsistency.
