Yeah. It was the best pork chop I had ever had. I know they had several other things including funnel cakes!!! I also know they had a fish fry before the game. These people know what they are doing lol.

I ate the nachos in Cuero this year. They were okay. But, better in Wylie and Robstown. IMO

For those heading to Cowboy stadium for the State games bring lots of cash. 6 bucks for a soft drink $6 for bag of peanuts and 12 dollars for nachos!:(

The only thing worth eating in Gilmer is the Chic-Fil-A...we have the very worst to offer & on top of that. service is slow & the line extends into the walkway...people are bumping into you the whole time...I smuggle stuff in. Maybe someday, we too can have chocolate covered pork chops.

I guess the economy is down even at Wylie. What happened to the days of prime rib? Or is that just when nobogey is cooking the pregame meal for the refs and/or UIL folks? :thinking: :thinking:
