37-308 yards rushing ,2 td's
8.324 yds per carry

2.) Sherman Gilbert RB - Coldspring-Oakhurst
16 carries for 226 yards, 2 tds.
14.125 yds per carry
1 reception, good for 45 yards.

3.) Jordan Leake LB - Henderson
14 tackles, five for losses
3 sacks
forced at least one fumble by Chapel Hill

4.) Defensive Line - Coldspring-Oakhurst
7 sacks for the night
holding Brady Lambert to 10 completions for the night
controlled the run, giving up 35 rushing yards on 30 carries to a 14-0 team

I didn't see any of them, but something about 14 yds per attempt caught my attention.

Yes, they were outstanding but, I believe without Gilbert, even with their offensive struggles, Wimberley wins this game.

i appreciate it, i couldnt vote for both but just couldn't ignore 14+ yds/carry while sharing the ball w/cummings.....but your right, the def line would start chasing the wimberley qb and the groan of "here they come again" could be heard from the wimberley crowd....

something has gotten into them the last two games, because i don't know, and never heard, how many sacks they got in the athens game, either but it had to be more than against you guys....

Gotta go with a workhorse, Hunter is a phenominal runner! Hope coach gave him Monday off, he deserved the extra rest....good job young man!
