The games that I wanna see the most are D'Field/Yoe and Carthage/Coldspring.

Different days and different places.

There will be SRO in Mansfield IMO three teams from cen tex all supporting each other with nobody wanting to leave...factor in that Yoe brought about 12,000 last night and this field only holds 11,000...bad call UIL bad call

Yoe/D'Field is the only game I'm 100% sure I'll be at.

Yea, I'll be trying to get there to watch the Lexington game prior to the Yoe game

I'll be at Cowboys...two 15-0 teams hooking up with the attendance record possibly falling...it'll be epic

the Yoe brought 12,000 or the game v. Lago had 12,000?

12,000 is a lot of people for a small town....that would overflow the stadium at your university.

how did Lago look I really wanted to see them this season but something always came up.....they must of really had a special senior group for a young football program that not too long ago was giving up 70 points in some games..

Idk apparently there have been some inaccuracies in the attendance...either way there was a ton of fans there

Lago was pretty stout. Had they not committed 5 turnovers in the first half things could have been a lot different. They had no kicking game at all. Onside kick everytime and a 7 yard punt. Yoe keyed on the run game all night and really shut them down holding them under 100 yards in the first half. The D line was impressive as well. We had virtually no run game and had way too many dropped passes and still managed 42 points.

ehh..we will see..like I doubted 15,000 would be at Carthage vs Bwood I doubt more than 30-35K will be watching Trinity vs Pearland

Trinity v. Katy could have pulled that possibly.

Games are on TV. Most people would rather say $25 and watch in HD at home.

I am a lot more excited about the first two games. I hope Trinity gets up big so I can go home.

Here is some pics from Smokehouse site of the LV/Yoe game. No way they had 12k. Total both sides around 7K I'd say.

It all depends on the non-affiliated crowd and how many folks from Denton stick around....with Guyer and Ryan playing back to back I imagine Denton, TX will be a ghost town....Pearland travels well and we know Trinity brings a crowd

Though Pearland v Katy drew 41,000 to Rice stadium last week. The 4pm Friday kick off fro Carthage v Coldspring is a big drag...

So, has LV finally turned the corner? Or was this a one year deal? They were so bad for so long, and then they were finally competitive the last few years.

I heard they had 30 seniors on this team. Dayuuum, that's alot huh?

They had a Baylor commit at RB and TCU commit at DE...both were pretty impressive...I just don't see how that type of offense can be successful if you fall behind like they did last night.

For a 2A school, yeah---that's quite a few. 30, maybe this was Lago Vista's real chance?

Wow, 30 and 27 for 2a programs? Hell, there are alot of programs who don't suit up many more than that period.
Guess this was both Yoe and LV's shot.

Don't know, or I'm to lazy to look, but---I bet both are big enrollment ends of 2A's. We missed 2A by a handful. Sure can tell it going up with the big boys. Gotta have depth.

Well we just dropped down to 2A this year and missed the cutoff by like 5 students but this was the largest senior class since the 2007 class which also had abut 30 seniors

and yea about the attendance, that what I was told so I took it and ran with it. It was a good atmosphere though.

Can't wait for next saturday

I like someone's suggestion of using the state's 3 dome stadiums each year for the state title games.

Take the weather out of it. Plenty of seating. Kid's get the thrill.

The total attendance for last nights game was a little over 17,000....Yoe probably had at least 9,000 of that, and maybe more

haha idk what to think about the attendance, either way, we all got to see a dominant performance by the Yoe

Thats just what I've heard several people say and that's what they announced on the radio last night. I didn't make it to the game so I wouldn't know. Where are the photos located?
