WOS87 question

Of all 11-man classes, across the last (lets say) 30 years....how many does each region have in championships? I know this will be a nebulous answer since teams move from one region to the other, but I wouldnt be surprised if East Texas still wins it...but the delta wont be so wide, I suspect. But...this is a question for WOS87!!!
