Seeing how Coldspring & Carthage are in reaching the State Final game; it just goes to show that both teams had to play some other teams that too could have reached that position--all from the east side of Texas.
It will be close this season as to who ends up the Texas 3A Champion. My guess is that Coldspring will win it. I have seen them play twice and they have a great second half winning-finish strategy.
Good luck to both, they have played some really tough teams in Region II & Region III to get to this spot!
