Rocket changed the entire tenor of the 3A Downlow. Prior to Brownwood dropping, civility, good humor and good sportsmanship usually rose to the top. How do you like the new 3ADL?

I'd say the ownership of the board(and those who helped shape it), past and present, first off. We couldn't have enjoyed all these years without them.:cool:
So that would be G2K, Matthew, Bearcat, Jacket, Admin, Sinton66(all founding members or helped shape the board), RM, LHPM, Val, Slpy, 44iar, P4S, Kep and a few others I am missing.

Some thought goes out to PPHS, jason, la, Rick, eott, OC, Bulla ... and many others, too many to name.

The thing is, to me, just because someone causes a lot of noise, that doesn't make them a legend. That just makes them noisy. I should know.:D

Apparently there are some people with malfunctioning computers on this thread. I noticed that there were votes, or nominations for Rocket as a legend. The only thing I can figure is that these people's computer is randomly adding a space in the word legend and it is showing up as "leg end". Therefore , these people are voting him as a legend thinking that he is what is at the top of where the leg ends.

Maybe the 3ADL needs to start a Hall of Fame for Threads and Posters. Honor those who deserve it. Set the requirements for nominations and then let the people vote. Bring in 10 posters a year or something.

That's been done several times in the past, Rocket. No one has brought them back since you have been posting. It is a lot of work and hassle. Maybe someone will have the time and patience to do one again sometime. Of course they would need to add a "Legendary 3ADL Outlaws and Villians" category for you. :D

I don't think it has anything to do with patience or hassle as much as the lack of deserving members.

LE Dad was recently added posthumously, so we've actually added a member to the HOF within the past couple of months.

Wasn't talking about the existing 3ADL HOF, crzy--I was referring to Rocket's suggestion of making a nominating poll for a new "threads and posters" award or HOF which has been done several times in the past under various names and posters with somewhat mixed results. Everyone in the existing official HOF is more than deserving, IMO.
