I was thinking something similar today while reading the Brownwood/Carthage thread. Then I was thinking about how tough the holidays will be for his family. If we all miss him, I can only imagine how they must feel. I hope we will all continue to remember them in prayer.

I will be praying for his family this holiday. That first thanksgiving and christmas is brutal. My mother died 2 weeks after my ninth birthday and that first christmas just was not christmas without momma. I just wish they had an internet connection in heaven so LE DAD could check in from time to time.

I think we should pick a day and time and everyone (that wants) send up a prayer for his family together . Not on here but in our hearts.

I pray for their peace of mind and comfort of heart and that they can find some joy this Christmas.

Just a thought.
