If you guys have a meet and greet, I would suggest bringing a sharpie to mark the Brownwood posters' names on their foreheads. It's confusing!!:vrycnfsd:

The best part would be that they wouldn't know what you REALLY labeled them as until they looked in a mirror...and let's face it some of those fellas don't do that often. :p Dangit...why didn't I think of this last week? :(

I suggested name tags earlier in the week and no one took me seriously!!:p

If you made it an OFFICIAL thread, people would do it right, but I think that violates a rule.

7). Use of the phrase "Official 3ADownlow......" (2 points)

It is the policy of the board leadership to disallow any poster from using this phrase in a thread title or post without the expressed permission of a simple majority of the leadership group (5 out of 9 have to agree).

you should ask for your expressed permission of a simple majority

It's my anniversary Friday and I asked my wife out on a date that night and told her about the game. She said oh no, you go ahead and go to the game. So now if I go I am in trouble. If I stay home I am gonna have to take her out and will miss the broadcast. Maybe I could take her out and surprise her and wind up at the game. You think it will work?

Sounds like you need a 1-on-1 with Pancho. He can set you straight on what to do in this situation. :D

LOL!! Thank God my husband and I are both football fanatics, we don't have to celebrate anything in football season. Although, we had that one wedding we had to be at 2 years ago during the semi-finals!!

I just have one question for Bobcat 1.....were you not a football fan when you got married???

I just have one question for Bobcat 1.....were you not a football fan when you got married??? Why yes, yes I was and a fisherman, hunter, and a duffer/cart rider/beer drinker. She really don't care and she might even come. It has to be great weather because she is a fair weather fisherlady and football fan.

I'll be driving in from Pearland (just south of Houston). Have spent a lot of drive time and hotel costs over the last three years on Carthage playoff games, and it's been worth every cent.

Will probably drive half-way to San Antonio after the game to be closer to the Alamodome for Saturday - Pearland vs. SA Stevens in the 5A Div I Semi-Final.

Hope to see the Dawgs and Oilers at Jerryworld the next weekend.
