Alamodome charged 50 bucks for internet access for the press this weekend...I could have basically bought my own router for that...LOL

I sure hope if they host title games next year they fix that...

Does anyone know if any of the schools playing there get a cut of the $10 a car parking (with no in & outs?!) that's a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I am sure much like at Cowboys the city keeps the parking..its ten bucks to park at Cowboys also

I guess the only consolation is that they let you leave the stadium and come back without paying so you could sneak out to your car and snack or drink in between games. :devil: :D :eek:

I always thought maybe it's high there cause there is not much parking on stadium grounds...and the location near downtown.............I can tell you were you can park for free if you ever go to game there.

at least it's free now.

They charged us to park for the our playoff game against Lavega this year in Burleson 3 dollars for one first round game. Our team was so outraged they didn't even bother to show up.

Forney charged $3 to park at a playoff game this year. Pretty sure Waco ISD does too. Midlothian does.

I don't blame ISDs. Why not get an extra $3 out of every 3-4 people.

Why shouldn't they? They've got to pay for workers at the stadium etc....I think its more than fair to charge 3$ for parking...10$ is a little out there at a HS venue but luckily very few places do that.

I understand paying at some places..........I have always wondered how districts get away charging high school students to park in a parking lot at a public high school.......most of those lots have no attendants and most schools will say they are not responsible for damages or stolen items................maybe someone could explain that one to me.

Tyler, Corsicana, Longview did not charge.
