TCH is good. But, its the three turnovers that has killed Navasota.

We need a Jasper '07 type of halftime talk by Coach Fedora. That kind of focus and fire is the only thing that will get them back in this game. Navasota has had starting field position at or past the 50 yard line FOUR times tonight, and has made it count only once. That CANNOT happen if you want to win in the 3rd round of the playoffs. I sure hope they can make a big comeback, because quarterfinals and Hardin Jefferson have been the end of championship hopes for good Rattler football and basketball teams throughout these seniors' 4 years in high school.

Navasota gets three first downs, then a big 27 yard reception by Creeks is called back on an inelligible man downfield. So after Navasota shoots themselves in the foot again, they punt.

Another big completion down to the two to Anwusu after Navasota made a big play, and Chapel Hill scores on third and goal from the 1/2 yard line.

35-6. CH

That does it for me. Goodnight guys. Gotta be up at 2:20 for work, the oilfield never quits. Once again, Navasota is not the buzzsaw. Sigh.

Looks like CH will be waiting for the Necks or Bulldogs.

Interesting...

No excuses here. TCH is good! It will take a very special team to knock off the Bulldogs.

As I have stated all year, good teams make you do bad things. You can't point the finger or play the blame game. The Bulldog defense is for real. Yes, the three turnovers really hurt the Rattlers, but, even without those three Navasota turnovers, the Bulldog defense was on all night.

Good luck TCH or as I have learned, CHILL, you guys have a really fine team!

Great season Toxic. Hard loss. I said it earlier...CHill is better than what they are given credit for.

i was at the game and it didnt really seem like Navasota was in the game too much. Theyre QB was a little hesitant in his desicion making. He pulled down and ran too much and didnt find the open receiver too well

I had that almost posted on another thread but saw this and decided to just agree here.

vtat2 & Hemo - I'm sorry that we couldn't stick around to visit after the game. lhpd was up at 5:00 for a little Christmas shopping...AND he let me sleep in! :inlove: He was a little tired & cold. We'll have another chance before long, I'll bet. :)

Just guessing. We have had CHill on our schedule for several years. Not this year. I'm glad...we had our plate full of "DOOM" but were beat by the best.
