just "regular" pizza, whatever you like, with shredded or diced potatos
I cook the potatoes first in a pan with some garlic & cayenne pepper
first had it in Alice Springs, NT, Australia

Not bad. I like shredded. Sounds like my Saturday morning Hash Browns on top of a pizza(except you gotta mix a little bit of Whataburger ketchup in it at the end). Denise would like that... extra garlic, of course.
