IMO yes...he's been targeted more than any other receiver in the league and his team is 2-8. He's got 62 catches, but he's not a difference maker in their games

Yeah, their defense is awful, I mean they gave up 49 to the freaking Bills.. But last year with basically the same defense, they were in playoff contention without T.O.

His talent level doesn't justify being thrown the most passes in the NFL, again IMO. People thought he would bring balance to their O but he's made it even worse.. Less carries for Ced Benson, less chances for Ocho, puts them into more 3rd and longs, etc.

Ocho is number 10 most targeted so he is getting his numbers..Benson is used less because Cincy plays from behind so much
