Just wondering if anyone out there has heard who they may hire for a replacement?

I heard this name on the news last night Brad Franchione Blinn's coach that won a National Championship last year. But I don't think it was because of the coaching I think it was who he had playing QB Cam Newton.

I say bring back Jim Hess. We won a national championship under him in 1978. I liked the heck out of him.

Haven't heard anything new, I have a buddy that works with the athletic program so I'll see what I can find out.

Won one before Newton was there as well. Figured with his record and pedigree, he'd be at a bigger program by now. Wonder if Blinn's connection to A&M gives him a little larger paycheck than other juco HC's in Texas?

He is 73...basically be hiring him to turn around and hire someone else no longer than 2 years....but your right dude was a great coach
