Truly a great man as well as a coach. I only played one year for him but he tought me unforgettable life lessons. A very religious man whom would let you know about it. It is sad to see him leave...:clap: :clap: :clap:

Heard several years ago that Alan Wartes was going to be the next HC. Is this still the case?

I have heard a big push for Coach Burleson(o-line coach) is also brewing.

I understand that Jesse Burleson has been named interim HC. Coach Burleson was named Assistant HC before the '08 season and also served as Recruiting Coordinator.

I also thought that Alan was the heir apparent to coach Keeling but maybe not.
