new coach should make everyone fight for their starting spot again like a tryout because it seems like none of them really feel motivated enough to play...bet some of the second stringers could give them a run for their money

Jerry might be quilty of too much involvement but a lot of organizations would trade what they have for a owner like Jerry! But in reality the GM is suppose to bring in talent and the coaches are suppose to get that talent to perform. And Jerry has brought more talent into Dallas than pretty much any other franchise in the NFL! IF the rumors are correct and Jerry has created an environment where coaches can't discipline players or make roster changes then Jerry is to blame for a lot of it. but those are ONLY rumors! The one thing we do know for sure is that Wade Philips is a sissy-dog that rode his daddy's coat tails all the way to a coaching career and really never EARNED anything. I think the players look at Wade as more of a mascot rather than a coach! The slow, steady decline of this team under Wade proves nobody was in charge!
