HOPEFULLY it's because Jerry plans to fire himself as GM after the year and bring in someone else to run the team. The Cowboys' problems all begin at the top, IMO.

my only problem with Jerry as GM also involves Jerry as owner. The mangement structure of that team is a disaster and the GM/Owner picks the coaches. I dont think you can talk bad about the talent that is there right now......thats why most were picking them to win NFC.

If Jerry could marry himself and have babies with himself he probably would. Until he lets a "real" GM take over and quits putting his nose where it doesn't belong, Cowboys = FAIL.
