It is a syndrome that usually clears up around the first week in September. Teenage boys are the most affected, but in some extreme cases, there have been a few girls that have been infected too.

...uh, I think it's a condition in old men, from trying to hold their heads up when there is too much egg in their faces!!! :D :D
