Wylie may make some noise in the playoffs and I think they already have 5 losses

LaVernia. They will raise some eyebrows in the playoffs. Could easily beat an undefeated team from District 30 if they were to play them.

I've seen both Princeton and Wylie play. I think Wylie has a better chance to go deep in postseason because of the difficulty of schedules.

Princeton's district is awful aside from Lovejoy, who beat them 56-7, and Wylie's is very good with Brownwood and Snyder.

D1 Region I looks to be much weaker than D2 Region II is as well.

I mean any team can beat any team but to EASILY beat a team from District 30 I dont think so..better be ready for a slugfest

i know they're 4a, but stephenville could make that argument...

as of the end of games last friday, 3 of the teams they have played are still undefeated and one of them only has one loss (to stephenville)...

they definitely played a schedule equal to the exact opposite of the type of schedule celina would play....

loss @ 4A #1 aledo (9-0)
win vs abilene wylie (4-5)
loss @ 3A #1 brownwood (9-0)
loss vs 5A lewisville hebron (6-3) - hebron beat 5A #3 Allen last week
loss vs 5A mesquite horn (5-4)
win @ 4A san angelo lakeview (1-8)
win vs 4A waco university (2-7)
win vs 4A #18 killeen (8-1)
loss vs 4A #5 waco midway (9-0)

play this week vs 4A waco high (4-5) - this will be for the #1 seed in division 2...

We are NOT in yet. If we win Friday, we're in, and we go Division I.

From an earlier quote that we could easily defeat an undefeated team from District 30, that's crazy. I think we can win some games in the playoffs, if we minimize turnovers.
But IF is a big word. IF Earl Campbell was on my team when I played, we would have won state.

I missed out on nominating our running back for player of the week. Josh Kubena. 38 carries , 230 yds, 1 td.

GO BEARS!
