Watching. Giants are having a lot more success than Texas even though they haven't scored.

All the bandwagon Ranger fans have given up...

On a side note the Sunday Night Football game last night out rated the world series game 4 for the first time ever. In short football has overtaken baseball in ratings.

This isn't a surprise. This is why the NBA rigs their league so that the top markets fan wise are in it almost every year.

Lee is getting it done but not as impressive as the Giants ace pitcher. Lee has to keep them scoreless and then we have a chance with one crack of the bat :)

Cliff Lee looks relaxed and comfortable with what he is doing so far---and that is a very good thing. Bad thing is--so does Linceum--dangit...

They can come back, but they are in the worst slump of the year hitting the ball right now. They cant hit anything it crazy.

some bunting might at least put the ball in play better than those weak swings they're getting so far.

Lincecum is not going to serve any fat ones up, so I say the Rangers ought to be swinging early and often---again just trying to bloop one over 2nd and not going for the fence...

not of they are going to swing at pitches 8 inches off the plate...the approach the Rangers are taking at bat is terrible right now..they dont look like they have any plan what so ever

honestly..the Giants pitching is awesome..BUT...The Rangers did this all year..would have 10-15 games where they were smacking the ball all over the yard, then would go quiet for another 15 games. This Ranger team feeds off each other, so when one is hot they all get hiot..when one goes cold, they all seem to

Giants remind of the A's pitching, Rangers couldnt hit them all season but the Giants with a little more pop on offense than the A's. A's had better pitching than the Rays or Yankees.

American League Champs, will take that after so many years of watching and listening to them and always fading after the all star break. Great Season, came up short on the ultimate goal but i'm glad they were able to get over some bad streaks in the playoffs. Hopefully they can keep getting better next year and give it another run with a division title first.

I would agree. He sure didn't look like the MVP he was all season!! :(

On another note. If watching the Giants celebrate on YOUR infield isn't incentive to go back next year and win it all, well you just don't want it.:( :(

I told everyone last night I thought the Rangers used it all up against the Yankees, and I stand by that. They used up their motivation and their intensity and their energy. I believe the Rangers that beat the Yankees could have beaten the Giants as well, but those Rangers didn't play.

HOWEVER...I have always been and will always be a Rangers fan, and I fully expect Nolan and Chuck and John will make things happen in the offseason. I couldn't help but wonder what this team would have been like if they'd all been in power all season, and we hadn't had the bankruptcy/court auction nonsense to deal with. The fact that we went to the WORLD SERIES after all that says a lot about this team.

Most interesting thing I heard this morning in the postgame interviews was Cliff Lee talking about how "we" will come back next year building on what "we" started this year, and I said out loud, "WE?" Does he plan on coming back? I know he's said his plans aren't set at this point, but the fact that he was saying "we" in reference to next year's Rangers ball club was at the very least a good sign.

That was an incredible experience to go to Game 5. Soo glad we wound up going. BullsFan, the Mrs, and myself had a great discussion on the drive home about how cool it was. Great time...

I think you can argue for a while about should Renteria have gotten a pitch anywhere close to hit. But hindsight is 2020.
