Lets get it started. The battle for the district 24-3a championship. Royal comes off a 34-0 thrashing of bellville and sealy had a bye. Should be a very good, high scoring game. Who ya got?

Royal has a good chance to pull the upset. IMO Sealy isn't as good as their ranking indicates. I believe it will be decided by a last minute touchdown. Who will score it? That is to be determined

If we feed Davis the ball enough he should have well over 200 yds rushing which will open up the passing game. If we try to get fancy with the short passes who knows. I would love to see us come out full bore for a whole game and do whatever is working at the time. I consider this the 1st playoff game time to set the tone for the post season so we can make a deep run.

I watched Royal lose to a very undersized, out athleted Sinton team who beat them on heart, pride and desire. Sealy has some talent now, and teetle you are funny. Sealy steamrolls into the playoffs.

I agree this game is important for momentum. Sealy has not had a complete game this season and managed to win all but the Wimberly game. In that game they did what they needed to do when they needed to do it. The result on the scoreboard was not indicative of the game.

Cody Barrett is poised to go over 2,000 yards passing. Davis has over 1,200 yards rushing. The defense has remained stiff giving up a minimal amounts of yardage in 9 games. Look for a " complete" game this Friday. The Tigers need to cut down on the mental mistakes and they will. No matter where you sit, this game has all the dynamics to make this a Brazos River Classic

You have been running ur mouth all year about Royal and wait let me think, oh yeah La Grange will be rolling out the basketballs early this year. I'm pretty sure we beat Giddings this year, more than yall can say. Yes, we did lose to Caldwell but played the worst offensive game we could play. We can't wait to see them again in the playoffs. IMO the 2nd half was a battle to see who could call stupider plays Williams did not get the ball enough in 2nd half and the sealy QB rolled out against his body 95% of time and was not playin bad just missed a few throws..... Then sealy players r running out of bounds within 2 minutes left in game.... Royal should have never gotten ball again!!! Great game that is for sure WOW!!!!

Definitely agree about always having to roll out and throw against his body. However he ended up with 75 yards rushing and 339 passing, 4 TDs throwing and 1 run rushing. He was one that ran out of bounds under a minute, but had to take that angle to get a first down. Was fortunate to be on the sideline standing right there.

Was a terrific game. Both teams played their hearts out. But it is too bad it wasn't decided by the players. Definately favored home team. Won't have that advantage next week Sealy! Even on last play of game ref made sure you got the win. Sad sad sad.

no, yet another flag from the back judge. he called violations from 20 yards back on lineman at the line of scrimmage??? clearly made calls in sealy's favor...guarantee was difference in game.

Really , Williams was moving before the snap almost every play and was only called twice.

It was a great game featuring two powerful running backs. And if you get a chance to watch game film your view might change on the officiating, on both sides of the ball! Listen to the broadcastcast of the game and they repeatedly called out the zebras. Noticed Coach Green and his crew were camped at the numbers for most of the game and Mitchell never left the sidelines.

Barrett did have his problems, but 339 passing yards got to hand it to him, someone did something right. And when he dribbled the ball off the ground and hit an open #88 to maintain the drive was special. I am glad to have seen #5 Brandon Williams run. He will only get better, and faster. Wow! I would have ran him every play. Both teams had over over 500 yards total yards of offense.

The Tigers had some bumps and bruises as did Royal. Big hits on both sides of the ball. The Tigers have to focus on improving before meeting Navasota and they know it. It has been a while since Tiger Stadium has been that packed. Friday Night Lights, no place but Texas.
