This week Needville takes on Sweeny at home in Needville. Sweeny is coming off of a loss to West Columbia and Needville is coming off of a win over Palacios.

Sweeny is 6-2 & Needville is 5-4.

Historically Sweeny has had out number since I've lived in Needville for the most part, but if the Jays can play to the level I believe they are capable of, I feel they have a real shot at getting outa there w/ the W.

If Sweeny's Defense plays the way they did against WC it won't even be close.

Hopefully Sweeny will come to play. I think they will as they know what is on the line as far as playoff pairings and Needville.

Sweeny takes it. If they play with the same ferocity against Needville as they had against Columbia there will be nothing left but a few beaks & feathers...they need to cut out the mistakes, its killing their chances against good teams...
