This is for the outright district 2-3A championship. I know we have
no posters from either school on here. But, I was hoping Snyder
or Wylie folks might give us some insight.

Estacado will roll in this game, Cooper cannot stop the run, Estacado has a good RB. Therefor Estacado will run down there throat.

If you had told me a few weeks ago that Brownwood/Wylie would NOT be region 1 GOTW I would have laughed. It ain't funny anymore.:(

Anyway, even though Wylie beat Estacado...underestimate them at your own peril. I wasn't at the game, but from what I hear they have a fast and shifty QB that can throw pretty well.....but dropped passes and stupid penalties are what killed them in that game. Don't know anything at all about Lubbock Cooper.

I can tell ya about them.....Estacado is really good and Cooper is moderate....Estacado has extreme speed and plays power run game to control the game, and has speed on defense and no fear to hit you and hard, while Cooper is a fast growing school being benefitted by many of the kids that would have been going to the Lubbock 5A schools except momma moved em to the white side of town - this happens for the Cooper impact and the Frenship impact, and leaves the Lubbock schools to keep sucking each year....

after about the 1st quarter of Estacado smackin em and hard those Cooper kids will be ready for some basketball practice...Cooper's sports are improving rapidly with the rapid growth, but they can't hang with the Matadors this year...Estacado has gotten better thru the year and can be a player, and no one on here has given them any credit since no posters from their school are on here, but they are 1 of the better West Texas teams this year....
