What leads you to believe Monahans is leveling off? Their 3 district victories have been by bigger margins than Andrews'

No doubt Monahans has a good team. Well coached and they execute their wing-t offense. Andrews has vastly improved the last month or so. I think this will be a very tight game. A lot of points scored. Will bring back some memories with all the Mustang fans heading to Monahans Friday night

Andrews has been on a roll the last month..They come a long ways from preseason.Looks like they got things turned around and going now.It will be a good game due to its for the District Title and an old rivalry.Both teams will leave it all on the field but I say Loboes Wing T will wear them down late and Loboes D is a lil overlooked they will contain the Brothers..I hope Andrews does brings some fans.Its been a long time since we seen the visitors side even 1/2 full.Are the Loboes that good or the opposing team that bad? Would love to see a full house and a Great Game.Andrews Fans have a safe trip and get your popcorn ready!

Yeah, Andrews has 30 seniors on the team out of about 41 on the roster. JV was ok this year, but if you get a chance, check out the freshman teams thursday. Future will be bright for the Mustangs. The 6 teams from 7th to 9th grade have lost a combined 1 game this year. Plus our district and high school enrollment continues to increase while everyone else in our area is on the decline

In a 3-4 years Andrews will looking at a high school enrollment of about 1,000. Hope they continue to move up the 3A-4A cutoff line. Better to be a big 3A than a litttle 4A

I've seen that Freshman group since they were 7th graders.They are a special group..Monahans traded wins with them.The only team I think they both loss too.Monahans freshman is Undefeated so its going to be one heck of a ball game Thursday.Monahans Freshman -Varsity are all undefeated.

I feal you on the cut-off line for 3A.Many Schools are successful every year with those magic # Like Abilene Wylie & Lucas Lovejoy

Monahans vs Andrews for the District Title.

The way it should be 2 traditional powers in West Texas this rivalry brings back sweet Championship memories. Loboes will come to play in this one Andrews is better than people think it will be a great game, but I expect a great game plane and effort from the Loboes. I say Loboes win the hitting war and pull it off by 17+ And yeah Loboes JV still undefeated for many years and Fresh are right with them be fun to see how those Sub Varsity games turn out. Go Loboes !!

Congrats to the Loboes. I was a little suprised y'alls home side was only half full. Good luck in the playoffs. Wow, the small school bracket in region 1 is very tough. I'm glad we're playing in Div 1. Mustangs could very easily be playing in the quarterfinals in a few weeks

It was a lil dissapointing the stands were only half full especially with the last home game of the season and the District title on the line..Goodluck to Andrews..Div 1 is up for the grabbing think you guys have a good shot of going a few rounds
