Gus Johnson Glmer Buckeye in the mauling of Henderson
21 carries for 172 yards and 1 touchdown
8 passes for 153 yards and 3 touchdowns
I was the Gus Johnson Show...many of those yards were with Lions hanging on for the ride

Is he your quarterback now? or were those catches?
P.S. You might want to nominate the Henderson kicker!

Those were catches....and your right...
I want to nominate "The Kicker for Henderson" as player of the week. Without his kicking inabilities, the Buckeyes would have suffered a loss. Thanks a whole bunch Mr. Kicker.
There...

Can I nominate a defense?
West Columbia's D in a 23-17 victory over Sweeny.
The WC D had:
3 sacks
2 fumble recoveries (1 for a defensive TD)
A blocked punt
A safety
And held the districts #2 offense (only behind WC) to a season low in yardage, I believe.
Great game played by the defense. :)

I know that we aren't very good but our QB had a very nice night last Friday.
Jordan Gill- QB, Whitesboro
20-25
281 yds
4 TD's Passing
1 TD Rushing
Whitesboro downed Aubrey 35-14.
BTW, the win against Aubrey is the 1st win that a Whitesboro team has had against a G.A. Moore coached team.
The running back from Pitt...Hashaway. I'll have to pull out the paper to get his stats. He's good.
