Mathis has the top-rated rushing attack in the state.
They are putting up Liberty Hill type of numbers.

hmmm. Im going to go ahead and mention Argyle's RB Layton Lowry. Definate DI potential. For a little bit of a chubby guy (5'9 220) he floats all over the field. Great stats. Maybe worth a look.

Possibly the Brooks kid from Rockdale.

He will likely win state in the 110's this spring too.

Chase Wiggins at Farmersville is having a heck of a year running behind a young and rebuilt offensive line. He is basically their entire offense and a good runner.

Joseph Sadler from Devine and Ryan Walker from Bandera are both over 1,000 yards as of Week 8.

So is Gabe Huerta of Bridgeport. Pretty good rushing yards on a supposedly pass-happy offense.

joseph sandler has done it in with only playing 2qrts in 5 or 6 games. devine should at least use him for about 3qrts. joseph played all 4qt in the somerset game.

Would be interested to Celina's numbers on there, they don't upload to Maxpreps... averaging over 500 yds total offense a game with most of that on the ground. May have a look on the DMN site...

That didn't take too long:
Celina's numbers are 2,587 yds. on 303 carries for an average 8.54 yds a carry, through 8 games.
Total offense is 3,995 which would be 3rd in 3A, with Hargrave (Huffman) and Bridgeport #1 and 2, however both having played one more game.
Not bad...
