According to a report from WTSB in South Bend, Sullivan posted the following tweet at 3:22 p.m. ET, just as practice was beginning: "Gusts of wind up to 60 mph. Well today will be fun at work. I guess I've lived long enough."

Very sad, I saw this on the news this morning. I don't guess the school has released a statement yet.

Money will not affect Notre Dame... Actually this kind of negligence and disregard for workplace safety isn't just a few million dollar lawsuit. This is a big time law suit that could get the family 5-100 million dollars.
