Week nine is upon us and crunch time is here!
The Fairfield Eagles were tested early on last week and rose to the occasion to beat a talented Palestine squad. They showed alot of heart and determination in their comeback from their first quarter challenges.
Groesbeck is 6-2 and undefeated in district 20-3A at 3-0.
The Goats(who came up with this name?) have handily beaten their opponents 318-240 overall. They are very potent on offense and seem to be getting better each week. They would like nothing better than to be the first team to hand the Eagles their first loss of the season. The Goats are 3-1 at home so they expect to win. Can they do it?

Groesbeck was up 7-0 early but Fairfield came back and and tied the game 7-7 in the 2nd Q.:nerd:

wow the eagles are making a ton of mistakes here in the 4th...lots of unnecessary and bone headed penalties

After being pretty much flawless as far as penalties and turnovers in our first 6 games we have been a little sloppy in the last 3 but nevertheless 9-0 is 9-0.
