RANGERS in 4. Going with the trend for the Giants in the World Series outcomes they have had. First time they lost in 7, next one in 4 and the last one in 7.

My prediction is RANGERS in 5, but I will take RANGERS winning in any fashion or any amount of games.

Rangers, in however many it takes.;)

I was thinking at lunch...what if they took the best of the Rangers, the best of the Astros and just made one team and called them the Texans. I would move them to Austin too.

Okay, I'm awake now, nevermind. What time does the game start?

Rangers in 7

MLB needs this series to go to 7 so that it can get ratings and more advertising money.

I like your thinking Panther, BUT..... exactly who from the Astros would this new teams need? Not dogging on the Stros, but I don't see them having a whole lot to contribute to the "Texans"

I wanted to do the same thing, but I think their pitching is too solid and they want this as desperately as we do so I think they'll at least get a game.

What time does the game start? He is alot like David Murphy of the Rangers and yea he could be part of the new Austin Texans and shag flyballs for the main Rangers/Texans :)

So you're saying that the Giants are going to beat Colby Lewis twice, CJ Wilson, and Tommy Hunter? Because there's no way the Giants joke of a lineup is beating Cliff Lee.

Giants steal Game 1 against Lee.

Lincecum will pitch a gem. Lee only makes one or two mistakes, but it's enough to give the Giants a 4-2 win.

Sanchez? You mean the guy that almost killed Chase Utley on a 2-0 fastball in Game 6 of the NLCS and was pulled in the 3rd inning of a tied game? Unless he found his command over the last two days, the Rangers lineup is going to have a lot of fun with that guy.

As for Cain and Lincecum, they are flat out studs, and tonight's game will be a gem from both pitchers.

Pitching wins.

Rangers in 7. Even with good pitchers you never know. Any given night even the best pitchers can get hit. I'll take Lee losing and Wilson, Lewis and hunter winning every time. I don't care who pitches you have to play ball. GO RANGERS!!!

Rangers in 6. Tonight aside, the Rangers will out hit the Giants over the course of the series. A split in SF would be perfect.

Giants are no slouch, hell, if this isn't the 1st, it is one of the few games this whole playoffs that they've won by more than 1 run lol.
