I'm looking for any school in the Coastal Bend that has a program similar to my 13 year old daughter's Excel Program at Northside ISD.
Described as follows:
EXCEL Accelerated Mathematics Program
Students are able to forego the usual 6th grade math by
mastering the state-designed advanced placement testing
procedure. From then on, students move at a fast and
advanced pace in math throughout their school career, making
possible some additional math electives in their final years
of high school.
I was told GP had something like this but alas I can't find anything like that on their website. Does Calallen or any other school in the Coastal Bend have something like that to enrich a young and highly motivated girl for her 8th grade and beyond?
Shoot! I'm thinking of even a private school, if we can qualify for the first year.
