A little "downlow" something for LE Dad's kids.

[Ranger Mom]

A few of us got together and decided to make a couple of T-shirts for LE Dad's kids, to honor him and how much he meant to many of us on this board.

What we would like to do is get as many signatures as possible on these shirts.

If you will sign your "username" on a piece of paper, scan it and email it to:

ledads.shirt@gmail.com

We will then take all the names we get and take it to the printer and they will add them all to the shirts.

I just used a black pen and signed it about the size I would if I was signing a check.

We should be able to resize them, as needed.


I am surprised that some of the more "vocal" Brownwood folk haven't asked us to put them on the list or sent in their sigs.

I would be most honored to have my signature included on the shirt. Although I just joined the 3ADL, I have read and enjoyed LEDad's post for many years. I admire his son for the post he made notifying the board of his dad's passing while dealing with one of the biggest hardships he will probably ever have to endure in his life..

I only have one grandson playing football these days and he plays for Greenwood Freshman, my hometown Mustangs aren't doing too well this season and we won't even discuss my favorite Pro football team..not really much to talk about..

The state bound shirt (that is still touring the state) was with WOS1 the weekend Reggie passed away. Before he could put the shirt in the mail, his wife saw it, picked it up and washed it.

She didn't realize what it was, figured she was just picking up after WOS1 (LOL). Needless to say the print on the shirt was completely jacked up. :doh: :D

Anyway, that was the shirt we were originally going to present to the WOS staff, but honestly I would NOT feel comfortable presenting that shirt so we figured since we are making shirts for Carl's kids, we could do one for the WOS staff too.

Not sure what Red's plans are for the state bound shirt after the SC game. Maybe an auction with proceeds going to the board or Reggie's fund on behalf of the board?

Just something to think about.
