LH kicker kicked a 55 yard field goal last week. What have been some of the longest or best kicks in 3A? (this year or others)

Haha it was in the SuperDome...those 08 Rams were definitely bringing the pressure on my AFC Pro Bowl team though lol

Didn't the Burnet kid (Ross Evans...is that his name?) kick a 58-yarder against us a few years ago?

I remember Bellville kicker and receiver Brandt Goecke kicking a 55 yarder in a qtr final game at Kyle Field. I don't remember the opponent.

Evans did kick one in that neighborhood and now is finishing his career at TCU. We were lucky ot have him.

Haha well I think it was right at the end of the half and I took the punt and ran the wrong way just to see if I could make it lol

I heard an 8th grader from West kicked a 43 yarder last thursday. Thats amazing!

Chad Hedlund from Argyle kicked one 53 yards against Whitesboro a couple of weeks ago.

I know Mason Templeton from Burnet had one of the strongest kicking legs i've seen in HS. But, when they had him they had no need for a strong leg. PAT's was all they needed.

If I recall correctly, Mason was not a sidewinder, but a straight on type kicker and he did have a powerful leg.

I watched the kid from Lovejoy kick a 53 yarder against Paris. He had room to spare.
