Auburn? LOL. The BCS is a joke and their love affair w/ the SEC is disgusting.

If you go undefeated in the SEC you better be in the championship game. That league is brutal week to week. I'm not saying other conferences aren't good but an undefeated SEC team has to be in the big show.

With that said, auburn won't win every game

Oregon isn't #1 because they have a terrible schedule so far. 5 of their 7 opponents have 2 wins or less against FBS opponents.

Missouri is #2 in the computer polls right now - http://espn.go.com/college-football/bcs

even for my love of the Hornfrogs...lets be honest..boise state and tcu in the top five? i truly believe if either went to the big game they'd be handled..especially against oregon(60 points on everyone) and Auburn(cam newton).

with that said, i hope boise does go, so everyone will see them sink back into they're joke that is called the WAC.

TCU beat Air Force a team who took OU to the wire by the score of 38-7.

Haha. Yeah, it's nice to be ranked first and I'll ride this as long as it lasts, but I doubt we'll make it out of the SEC undefeated.

Is the SEC down? Florida and Georgia are down, but Arkie, South Carolina, and Mississippi State are up. Bama's only loss was to a strong USC squad, and they have wins over Penn State, Arkie and Florida.

Even Kentucky and Mississippi State are good squads this year.

I'd say that much like 2004, the four big-name programs have suffered either disappointing seasons (Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee) or a dissappointing loss (Bama), which affects the perspective of the SEC's strength. But when the ninth-best team in the conference is Kentucky, it's indicative of how tough the conference really is.

I think we need to discuss this over a cold beer and a campfire.

The "oldest comeback in the book award goes to"....

I'm still pissed they got rid of Leach.
I knew we would not be as good.

I knew we would not be as good. You need to come out the closet man...Leach potential as a coach was tapped out.
