After two innings the Phillies lead the Giants 2 - 0. If they win they force a game 7 to see who plays the Rangers in the World Series. If the Giants rally and win the series is over and they play the Rangers in the World Series.

At the top of the 8th the Giants are ahead now by 3 - 2. If they hold on it is over for the Phillies and Giants face Rangers in the World Series.

It is now bottom of the eighth. Phillies have two more innings to catch them. If not it is over.

Phillies ruined a good opportunity by hitting the ball for a double play. One more chance and it will be the top of the batting order but first SF has a chance to add to the lead. If Phillies are able to win the last game will be tomorrow night.

An intentional walk loads the bases for the Giants but there are two outs. We will see if it backfires on Phillie or proves to be good stragedy.
