Not that this is really a surprise, but Im still happy.

Sophomore RB Floyd Bess scored 5 tds in a half and 1 series in the 3rd qt. I dont know the yardage total, but maybe baseballcoach13 can tell us.

Either way, VERY impressive. :)

Necks roll again and increase their current winning streak to 8 games.

IF WC does to Sweeny what they've been doing to everyone else, look out Reg 4.

How the heck did Sweeny allow 20 points to this team???!!?? I'm sorry but the only thing keeping the Necks from cracking 60 was our coaches and their punter!!!(who did an outstanding job btw) Bring on the Weenies!!!!!!!

We might as well have beaten Wharton 48-0 and Palacios' offense was getting stuffed by our second string defense the entire 4th qt. I have serious doubts about Sweeny, but we'll see next Friday I guess.

And the next, and the next!!:D

Guys, just remember.

It's Palacios.

I think I could QB the Necks to a win over Palacios.

Heck, I might even be able to lead Sweeny to one.

But no really, why is Palacios always so bad?

That could explain why Calhoun is always bad too.

And we like to compare common scores also...

Sweeny 41- Palacios 20
Columbia 53 - Palacios 0

Sweeny 14 - Wharton 9
Columbia 48 - Wharton "14" :hand:

West Columbia took it easy against Palacios. I heard there was a bet and if they won by more than 55, Pancho had to attend every baseball game this year.

The 2nd string offense marched the ball 70 or so yards and scored a TD for crying out loud.

Yeah, they did play it smart against the Sharks. Thankfully!! Flannel never was close to coming into this game. After halftime he was sporting shorts!! Smart move coach. Keep your "ace in the hole" fresh.
