I'm really not a homer AT ALL this season!!!

I guess the teams I am mostly interested in right now is Monahans, Snyder and Brownwood.

Right now, the other regions aren't that important to me.

i think I would have to go with Wylie. Anyone who can constantly hide 4A numbers realignment after realignment is pretty clever

Maybe Progreso---I think they would appreciate any more support, and to root for the "Red Ants" would have to be pretty neat.

Probably Chico---I know they're not 3A, but they're another small school in need of a morale boost right now.

Maybe Cuero--great folks and tradition in a beautiful town.

Check my sig! I like Giddings, Sealy, Navasota, Celina, Coldspring, and anyone playing close for me to drive to. I would probably like Brownwood, just something that turns me off (not the team).:D

If not Celina......... In this area..... Probably Argyle. The have steadily built a winning program there and they seem to reload every year. I like that. That means good coaching and great fans and boosters.

3A teams I have rooted for in the past and present(ok both still):
All district 30-3A teams in the playoffs(or whoever the UIL puts us with, namely the Coastal Bend), in no particular order:
PI,
Cuero,
Bandera,
LH,
WOS,
BC,
Hondo,
Marlin,
Rockdale,
Bridgeport,
Burnet,
Midland Greenwood,
Bellville,
Everman,
Forney,
Jasper,
La Grange,
Raymonville,
Fairfield,
Celina,
Falfurrias,
Wylie,
Snyder,
Sweetwater,
Wimberley, to name a few.
Lots of history with the posters from these towns.

The reason why the list so long is because something about posters from those cities made me want to root for them. I know I am missing a few but this is what I came up with in a short time.
:)

Good recycled topic. lol:D

China Spring/Big Spring both seem like classy programs from our games with them this year... so maybe one of them.

One of them (can't remember which one I think it was BS) even faced our band after the game while our band played the school song.

Both teams did that Friday at Snyder. The TIGERS faced the BW band, when they were thru with their school song the LIONS faced the Snyder band. A class act by both programs for sure.

Has there been any talk of a bond issue for a new stadium? The seating and parking are both pretty limited there. I'm guessing you guys sell out your home side every week.

Then again with money issues the way they are I don't know that I see any school in west Texas considering new stadiums.
