The only way to keep guys from leading with the head is to take the facemask off the helmets. Really how many head and neck injuries happened back in the day before helmets had facemask?

This is going to be a BS rule. Every coach I have ever known has taught their kids to tackle by putting your facemask in the numbers. If the runner ducks and gets hit in the head, oh well.
